Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing, cash handling, and sales recording. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to promote guest safety. Collaborate with team members during busy hours, including serving at banquets or catering events, to deliver seamless service in various settings. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and cash handling. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for billing, tips, and inventory management. Previous experience working in retail math or food industry settings is preferred; brewing or bartending certifications are a plus.
