Support others in need. Help everyone win. Take food and drink orders from guests accurately and with a positive attitude. Enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Engage with guests in a friendly manner. Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions. Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Prepare checks that itemize total meal costs and sales taxes. Help food preparation staff when necessary. Welcoming guests, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders. Planning drink menus and informing guests about new beverages and specials. Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to guests. Checking identification to ensure guests are of the legal age to purchase alcohol. Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked. Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations. Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, and balancing the cash register. Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment. Developing new cocktail recipes.
Job Type:
Full-time or Part-time.
Base Pay:
$25.00-$33.00 per hour.

Schedule:
8-12 hour shift. Evenings Weekend Availability. Holiday Availability.
Education:
Ability to handle money accurately. Ability to operate a point-of-sale system (Toast). Ability to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
Experience:
1-year bartender. Classic cocktail knowledge is preferred.
Age:
18 years or older. Language; English (Required).
