We're looking for a hardworking, energetic Barback/Food Runner to support our bartenders, servers, and kitchen team. This role is essential for keeping the bar and dining areas running smoothly, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Restock beer, liquor, wine, glassware, and bar supplies throughout service. Prepare garnishes and maintain cleanliness of the bar area. Assist bartenders by retrieving ingredients, tools, and supplies as needed. Remove used glassware, sanitize surfaces, and take out trash regularly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Deliver food from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately. Confirm that all orders are complete and presented correctly before serving. Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Help maintain clean service stations and dining areas. Provide friendly, helpful interaction with guests when needed.
