Duties Support bartenders by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and maintaining bar cleanliness to ensure efficient service. Assist with food preparation, including basic plating, garnishing, and setup for events or service areas. Buss tables promptly by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and ensuring a tidy dining or event space. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Help with catering setup and breakdown for events like banquets or private parties, ensuring all food handling safety standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of all service areas, including kitchens, bars, and dining spaces, adhering to health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously throughout their visit. Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments such as hotels or nightclubs. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing. Experience with banquet setups, catering events, bussing tables, and general food preparation. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous barista experience or kitchen experience is a plus; hospitality background enhances your ability to excel here.
