Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders and transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to excite our patrons Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments swiftly, and balance registers at shift end Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or nightlife nights Requirements Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or food service within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beers, cocktail techniques, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Experience working in fine dining environments or nightclubs is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and accurate transaction processing Previous experience in bar management or hospitality roles involving catering or banquet service is a plus Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy fuels unforgettable guest experiences!
