Experienced Bartender & Mixologist with Wine Expertise - Authentic Italian Restaurant We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bartender/Mixologist to join our team at our authentic Italian restaurant. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, a deep appreciation for fine wines (particularly Italian varietals), and a warm, engaging presence behind the bar.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3-5 years of bartending experience in high-end or fine dining establishments Strong mixology skills with the ability to craft both traditional and innovative cocktails In-depth wine knowledge, with a focus on Italian wines—WSET certification is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar A passion for Italian culture, cuisine, and hospitality Availability for evening and weekend shifts

Responsibilities Include:

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender in an authentic Italian restaurant is preferred. Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine is highly desirable. Excellent guest relations skills with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
