Job Description
Job Overview Part-Time to Full-Time Head Bartender / Mixologist (Multi-Unit) Stuart, FL LFG. Food Group is seeking a creative, driven Part-Time Head Bartender / Mixologist to oversee and elevate the beverage programs across three distinct restaurant concepts—including two casual concepts and one upscale fine dining restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both craft cocktail development and operational execution. About the Role You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining beverage programs across all locations while ensuring each concept maintains its own identity and profitability. This role requires someone who can seamlessly adapt between: Elevated, refined cocktails for a fine dining environment High-efficiency, high-volume drinks for casual concepts Key Responsibilities Beverage Program Development Create and launch monthly cocktail menus for each concept Develop seasonal and feature cocktails that align with brand identity Design cocktails that are cost-effective, scalable, and executable Inventory & Cost Control Build cocktails and specials to strategically move inventory Assist with ordering, vendor relationships, and product selection Maintain beverage cost targets and optimize margins Operations & Execution Ensure consistency in cocktail preparation and presentation across locations Train bartenders on specs, technique, and speed of service Standardize recipes, batching systems, and prep procedures Innovation & Concept Adaptation Tailor beverage offerings to each concept:
Fine Dining:
Elevated, technique-driven, presentation-focusedCasual Concepts:
