Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink Engage with guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and personalized recommendations Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and garnishes Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service during catering or banquet functions Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail or food industry experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Basic math skills for accurate cashiering, billing, and measuring ingredients for drinks Familiarity with food safety protocols and food handling practices in hospitality environments Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the venue's schedule Previous experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines is preferred Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and expert service to every guest interaction!
