The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that each guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and providing friendly service to patrons in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and transaction processing. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Experience Previous bartending experience is required; training will be provided. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods. Experience in food service, fine dining, or casual restaurant required. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer interaction.
