At D'Rose, bartending is more than making great drinks. It's about creating an experience, connecting with our guests, and making everyone feel welcome from the moment they sit at the bar. What we're looking for: Excellent attitude and positive energy Genuine passion for hospitality and guest interaction Friendly, confident, and engaging personality Strong communication and sales skills Fluent English is required Spanish comprehension is required Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Willingness to learn our menu and beverage program Comfortable recommending drinks and creating opportunities to increase sales Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Previous bartending experience is preferred Your role will be to create memorable guest experiences, prepare quality cocktails and beverages, maintain a clean and organized bar, communicate effectively with the team, and confidently guide guests through our beverage program.
