Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop and suggest beverage recipes, craft new cocktails, and stay current with industry trends in mixology and brewing Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours and special events like banquets or nightclubs Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments with a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and cocktail creation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in beverage recipe development and mixology techniques Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, crafting innovative drinks, and creating lively atmospheres that leave lasting impressions.
