Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including processing payments and giving change. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclubs. Skills Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments with strong mixology skills. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods without compromising quality. Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and sanitation practices relevant to beverage service. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
