The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using Clover POS System Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance the guest experience. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest relations. Experience with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Sales skills with an emphasis on upselling menu items effectively. Previous experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with OpenTable reservation system is beneficial. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash handling accurately. Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices in the food industry. Experience as a host/host or in guest services can enhance your application.
