Bartender FMK Hospitality Group is looking for enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join our team as Bartenders. At FMK, we believe genuine hospitality starts with our people. Bartender Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to FMK standards and guest preferences. Know and consistently execute core cocktail recipes with accuracy, speed, and efficiency. Demonstrate proper continuous-pour techniques and participate in ongoing training to improve speed, consistency, and beverage quality. Welcome and engage with guests, take orders, and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit. Serve food and beverages to bar and restaurant guests as needed. Assess guest needs and preferences and make knowledgeable beverage recommendations. Prepare cocktails and other beverages according to established recipes and specifications. Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all legal requirements regarding the service of alcohol. Maintain appropriate inventory levels and restock bar supplies throughout each shift. Operate the POS system accurately, present guest checks, process payments, and follow all cash-handling procedures and accountability standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar throughout each shift. Complete daily and weekly bar cleaning and maintenance responsibilities. Follow all food, beverage, sanitation, and alcohol-service regulations and FMK standards. Remain guest-focused and work closely with servers, hosts, bussers, and management to create an exceptional overall guest experience. Support the restaurant team wherever needed to ensure smooth operations and genuine hospitality.
