Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Manage bar operations efficiently using Toast POS system processing orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and managing intoxicated guests professionally. Stay informed on current trends in mixology, spirits, wine knowledge, and brewing to continually elevate the bar experience. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality settings. Familiarity with wine selection,spirits expertise, and food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
