Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Clover Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about menu items, and enhance their overall experience with friendly and attentive service Manage cash transactions efficiently while processing payments accurately and handling cash safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food service when needed, including serving meals at bars or tables during busy periods or special events like banquets or catering functions Open to assisting with all roles, such as bartending, serving and food prep. Weekends are mandatory. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Clover for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally Demonstrated proficiency in beverage recipe development, mixology techniques, wine knowledge, spirits expertise, and brewing processes Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks Experience with food handling safety standards and cash handling procedures Familiarity with restaurant operations including banquet service or catering experience is a plus Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and cash transactions Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper alcohol service practices Nightclub experience or bartending at large events is desirable Join us to bring your passion for hospitality alive!
