Duties Prepare and serve a variety of kava drinks, herbal infusions, craft beers, wines, and cocktails with precision and flair Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service, answer questions about beverages, and recommend menu options based on preferences Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Develop new beverage recipes in collaboration with the team to keep the menu fresh and exciting Handle cashing out customers, processing payments swiftly while maintaining accuracy in retail math and cash handling procedures Monitor inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Experience Previous bartending or bar management experience in hospitality or food service environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Experience with cocktail mixing, mixology techniques, spirits knowledge, wine expertise, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with fine dining or nightclub settings enhances ability to serve diverse clientele effectively Proven ability in cash handling, cashiering, food handling, retail math, and basic math skills necessary for daily operations Background in brewing or craft beer experience adds value to our beverage offerings Excellent customer service skills combined with strong time management abilities to handle high-volume periods seamlessly Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences through exceptional beverage craftsmanship and vibrant hospitality.
