Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Manage time effectively during busy shifts, balancing serving responsibilities with multitasking seamlessly. Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health regulations, and safety procedures related to alcohol service and food handling. Collaborate with team members to support catering events, banquets, or nightclub operations, ensuring smooth service flow from start to finish. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse guests. Demonstrated ability in food safety practices and responsible alcohol service. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours. Prior experience in retail math or hospitality roles involving cash handling and basic math calculations. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends is a plus for enhancing guest offerings.
