Duties Prepare and serve a wide selection of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and specialty drinks using established recipes or custom creations. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales through suggestive selling techniques. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure seamless service. Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving accurate change. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service during busy periods such as nighttime events or weekend gatherings. Skills Proven experience in bartending within hospitality settings such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Expertise in mixology, beverage recipe development, and spirits knowledge to craft innovative drinks that delight guests. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Familiarity with food handling procedures, food safety standards, and proper alcohol service regulations. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with beverage sales techniques, wine knowledge, brewing processes, and catering or banquet service is highly desirable.
