Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing sales efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service. Assist guests with beverage selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences and offering detailed knowledge of spirits, wine, brewing, and cocktail recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and retail shop, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative drinks to enhance the guest experience while staying current with industry trends like mixology techniques. Support bar management by monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders for beverages and retail merchandise as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly manner, addressing inquiries about products or menu items, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Help Check in Customers in the Pro Shop and Answer Phones. Learn tee sheet management. Small Food Menu, Cooking required, Burgers, Tenders, Hot Dogs, ETC Skills Proven experience in bartending with knowledge of cocktail creation, spirits, wine, brewing processes, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Previous food service experience in fine dining settings or hospitality environments that emphasize excellent customer service. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry. Experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus for adapting to lively environments. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and processing transactions swiftly. Serve Safe Food Handler Certified or willing to do so.
