The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beer, and wine and is comfortable independently opening, operating, and closing the bar. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, shots, spirits, wine, and beer accurately and consistently. Properly measure and pour alcohol according to recipes and house standards. Open and close the bar, including setup, stocking, cleaning, and end-of-night responsibilities. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift. Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests. Use the Toast POS system to enter orders and process payments accurately. Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol-service requirements. Check identification and follow all applicable alcohol laws and establishment policies. Communicate and work well with servers, management, and other team members. Requirements Previous bartending experience required. Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Must be comfortable opening and closing the bar independently. Must have or be able to obtain the required alcohol pouring permit. Knowledge of proper pours, measurements, garnishes, and drink presentation. POS system experience required; knowledge of Toast POS is preferred. Ability to handle multiple drink orders efficiently during busy periods. Strong customer service, communication, and basic cash-handling skills. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts. Ability to maintain professionalism in a high-energy restaurant/lounge environment.
