Position Overview :

We're seeking an experienced, reliable bartender who understands both service and speed. This role is ideal for someone who can handle high-volume nights, maintain consistency, and create a welcoming, engaging bar environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during high-volume service Engage with guests and provide excellent customer service Monitor and maintain bar inventory , including tracking usage, restocking, and notifying management of low stock Assist with daily inventory counts and ensure proper storage and organization of all bar items Manage bar setup, breakdown, and cleanliness Monitor inventory and communicate low stock items Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and policies Work closely with servers and management to maintain smooth operations

Qualifications:

2+ years of bartending experience (high-volume preferred) Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure Punctual, professional, and team-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Must be available nights, weekends, peak hours, and holidays as needed
