The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys their experience. This role requires excellent time management skills, the ability to handle cash transactions accurately, and a solid understanding of fine dining service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Assist in training new bartenders on menu items, Aloha POS system, and cash handling procedures. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred, particularly in a fine dining setting. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation calculations. Preferred familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance guest experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
