The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in dive bar or nightclubs. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during banquets and catering events. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Stay updated on beverage trends and menu offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or catering environments, is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
