As a Morning Bartender, you will be the first face our guests see, setting the tone for an exceptional dining and drinking experience. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair. Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance guest satisfaction and menu offerings. Manage cash transactions accurately Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met during beverage preparation and service. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and attentively. Maintain cleanliness of bar area, glassware, tools, and equipment throughout your shift. Assist in bar management tasks including inventory control, restocking supplies, and tracking sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and identify signs of intoxication to ensure guest safety. Prepwork for PM Bartenders Stocking coolers Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and spirits. Experience with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during busy mornings. Proven ability in food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices within the food industry. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment. Background in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings preferred; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus. Ability to develop new beverage recipes creatively while maintaining consistency. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing. Familiarity with brewing processes or craft beer trends is advantageous for enhancing guest offerings.
