This is a full-service, modern Italian restaurant with a refined, wine-driven beverage program supported by a focused cocktail list. The bar is built with intention. Clean builds, balanced drinks, and consistent execution. We're looking for bartenders who take pride in what they put in the glass and how they carry themselves behind the bar. The role Run a clean, organized bar with strong attention to detail Execute classic cocktails with precision and consistency Deliver a focused modern menu without overcomplication Guide guests confidently through cocktails and wine Maintain presence, composure, and control during service Standards Experience in a full-service, high-quality bar environment Strong understanding of classic cocktails, technique, and balance Attention to detail in preparation, presentation, and workflow Comfort engaging guests in a polished but natural way Ability to perform under pressure without sacrificing quality The environment Structured training in cocktails, wine, and service standards A disciplined, team-driven bar with clear expectations An opening team setting where standards are set early and carried forward
