Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender in casual dining or high-volume venues; familiarity with hospitality industry standards is essential. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, mixology techniques, and beverage recipe development. Proficiency with POS systems such as Cake POS; basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and catering or banquet settings is preferred. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
