Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions efficiently while handling cash handling responsibilities responsibly Assist in beverage recipe development to enhance our menu offerings and customer satisfaction Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies, and monitor product freshness to ensure quality standards are met Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or catering functions Uphold all food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service policies at all times Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and foster a welcoming atmosphere Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Proven expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fine dining or nightclub settings Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices Experience working in hospitality environments such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, or catering events Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing purposes Familiarity with brewing processes or craft beer offerings is a plus for enhancing guest experience Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service delivery Hospitality industry experience that demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced environments Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences! Pay:
$8.00 - $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
