Bartender Wanted, Nonna Lucia Italian, Johns Creek Nonna Lucia isn't your average Italian restaurant, and we're not looking for an average bartender. We want someone who shows up ready to make things happen, not waiting to be told what's next. We're looking for a bartender who's proactive by nature, someone who spots what a guest needs before they ask, who's comfortable being active on social media and helping bring our bar to life online as well as behind it, and who genuinely likes going the extra mile rather than doing the minimum to get through a shift. We want someone focused, reliable, and hungry to grow with us as we build something special in Johns Creek. This isn't a "clock in, clock out" kind of place. We're building a team that leads with initiative, and we'd rather train someone with the right mindset than manage someone who needs to be pushed. What you'll bring: Fluent English, solid bar knowledge, and the confidence to run a busy bar with skill and speed. Wine knowledge is a strong plus, especially Italian wines, since our bar program is built around the same authenticity as our kitchen. A real passion for Italian food and culture, since that's what Nonna Lucia is all about. And above all, someone who works well as part of a team, since we succeed together or not at all.
