• Proficiency in bartending techniques, including mixing cocktails, pouring beer, and serving wine
• Understanding of retail math concepts for pricing drinks, calculating discounts, and tracking sales Please note that previous experience as a bartender is preferred but not required.

Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and willingness to learn Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Develop beverage recipes and assist in creating new drink menus to enhance guest experience Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during service Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption Support bar management in inventory control, stock replenishment, and ordering supplies as needed Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, especially in fine dining or casual restaurant settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; prior experience with POS processing is preferred Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with craft beer brewing processes or beer tasting is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in busy environments using strong time management skills Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, banquet or catering services is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of spirits, wine pairing, and beverage presentation techniques Previous restaurant or retail experience involving cashiering or serving roles is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality meets your talent for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
