Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery to guests Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and prioritization during busy hours Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in accordance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while balancing registers at shift end Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed to ensure seamless service in various settings Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions in high-energy environments like nightclubs or busy restaurants Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety and compliance Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting Join us to elevate the guest experience through energetic service and expert beverage knowledge!
