Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and foster customer loyalty. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cashing out procedures efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience. Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in processing cash handling and retail math calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and beverage presentation is highly desirable. Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience with bar management or supervising bar staff is a plus but not required.
