Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a clean and organized work station Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, with attention to basic math skills Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation, food handling, and food safety protocols Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience as a Server in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a busy setting Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and basic math for cash handling and transactions Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a dynamic hospitality environment Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Join our team where your passion for hospitality meets endless opportunities to grow!
