Server and Bartender

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system Clover, and deliver orders promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations, dining spaces, and service stations, following sanitation standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience while increasing sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Proficiency with POS systems such as Clover a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws; certification in responsible alcohol service is advantageous.
