Kouzina. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking drink orders and making recommendations based on preferences. Operate POS systems for order entry and payment processing efficiently. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
