Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, and utensils, to keep service seamless during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service when required, especially during catering or banquet events. Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure guest safety. Assist in setting up for special events like nightclubs or banquets, providing excellent service throughout the event duration. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours while maintaining high-quality service. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while multitasking between serving drinks and handling cash transactions. Familiarity with retail math for cash handling and sales reconciliation. Experience in brewing or hospitality industries is a plus; knowledge of the food industry enhances your versatility. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order calculations. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members during busy shifts or events. Previous retail math experience helps ensure precise transactions during high-volume periods.
