Seeking Skilled & Enthusiastic Bartender for Western Saloon & Steakhouse

Cowboy Town is looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team! We are a LARGE western-themed steakhouse and saloon, located in Warm Springs, GA, which overlooks a rodeo arena! We have live music, barrel races, and other events- all within a beautiful 35 minute drive south of Senoia (no traffic!). We are seeking a savvy mixologist to add to our team who will help foster appreciation for the spirits with their fabulous creations! Duties Include, but not limited to: Craft classic and contemporary cocktails with expertise and elevated flavor profiles. And create unique western-themed drinks which add value to the customer experience. Provide exceptional guest experiences by engaging with customers, offering recommendations, and sharing your knowledge of our selection of offerings (both with and without alcohol). Ensure the bar area is immaculate and well-stocked, maintaining a keen eye for detail and efficiency. Maintain knowledge of current menu and beverage options, and making recommendations to customers based on preferences. Collect and process payment for food and beverages served, making sure to follow proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere. Providing attentive and personalized service, anticipating needs, and resolving issues effectively are all important aspects of excellent customer service. Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and adhere to local and state alcohol laws, including verifying IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication.

Experience needed:

A minimum of 3 years of bartending experience, ideally within a high volume bar or restaurant environment. Knowledge of various liquor (bourbon, whiskey, etc.), flavor profiles, and ideal serving techniques. A passion for the craft is essential. Strong ability to adapt to technology, e.g., tablets, and POS. (Shift4 knowledge a bonus). A friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor, with the ability to connect with guests and create memorable experiences. A collaborative spirit and a willingness to support colleagues to ensure seamless operations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed and quality, without sacrificing customer satisfaction during busy periods is essential. Availability to work weekends and evenings. Certification of alcohol service is a plus. Bonus if you're a Cowboy or Cowgirl! (But not required :) Currently looking for someone part-time who can work our busier shifts Friday and Saturday evenings, with potential to pick up or add more shifts if desired.
