Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS system, ensuring timely delivery. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining experience and promote menu items through suggestive selling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Process cash transactions efficiently while balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift. Collaborate with team members to restock supplies, and minimize waste. Requirements Experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, with specific experience as a bartender or server preferred. Experience with cash handling and cashiering is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tables or bar stations efficiently. Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
