Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using various POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving accurate change. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations. Assist with serving food during catering events, banquets, or in restaurant settings, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and tracking sales to optimize stock levels. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by monitoring guest consumption and recognizing signs of intoxication. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments within the food industry or hospitality sector. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Experience with retail math for cash handling, sales tracking, and inventory management.
