Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service practices are followed. Assist with catering events and banquets as needed, contributing to a seamless service experience. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Operate Clover POS system for order entry and payment processing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Skills Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Experience in fine dining or high-volume food industry settings is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Familiarity with catering services and banquet operations is a plus. Commitment to upholding food safety standards and best practices in food handling. Exceptional communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
