Overview Primetime on Baytree is a high-energy sports bar where guests come to enjoy live games, great drinks, food, and entertainment. We are seeking experienced, energetic bartenders who can provide excellent service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Applicants must be comfortable handling high-volume crowds and working nights, weekends, and major game days. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and innovative Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to promote a safe environment Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, special events, or banquets while maintaining high customer satisfaction Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Proven expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, beverage recipe development, and spirits knowledge Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally in fine dining or nightclub settings Knowledge of wine varieties, brewing processes, craft beer trends, and food safety protocols within the hospitality industry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours while maintaining quality standards Previous restaurant or food service experience with a focus on bartending or bar management roles Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for beverages meets your talent for hospitality.
