Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus tailored to various outlets and events
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Check customer identification to verify legal age for alcohol purchase
  • Train and mentor staff on new cocktail techniques and standards to ensure consistency
  • Maintain a strong presence and positive reputation within the local cocktail community
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols are followed at all times
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Provide exceptional guest service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols are followed at all times The hourly rate for the position is $33.07 per hour. Qualifications
  • Mixologist experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of bartending and food and beverage experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and current industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and lead team members effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
  • Must be able to provide at least 3-4 full days of availability each week and must be available on weekends and holidays.
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
  • Provide TB Clearance.
