Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus tailored to various outlets and events
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Check customer identification to verify legal age for alcohol purchase
- Train and mentor staff on new cocktail techniques and standards to ensure consistency
- Maintain a strong presence and positive reputation within the local cocktail community
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols are followed at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional guest service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols are followed at all times The hourly rate for the position is $33.07 per hour. Qualifications
- Mixologist experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of bartending and food and beverage experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and current industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and lead team members effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
- Must be able to provide at least 3-4 full days of availability each week and must be available on weekends and holidays.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Provide TB Clearance.
