Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, personable, and competent bartender. You will be the face of our club and responsible for building rapport with our members and their guests. You will need to be quick on your feet while having a polite, friendly, and positive attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a full-service environment, we would like to meet you. Your goal will be to provide high-quality service and specialty craft cocktails that will help us maintain and attract new members alike. Responsibilities Prepare bar area with special attention to sanitation, cleanliness, and order Knowledgeable about restaurant and bar menus while helping members select beverages and food accordingly Answer questions or make recommendations for an exclusive, first-class dining and cocktail experience Interact with members and their guests while building friendly relationships Mix appropriate ingredients to prepare house made and traditional cocktails Plan and present bar menu or specialties when requested Able to take food orders and deliver when needed Check members' or guests' identification while confirming legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Comply with all food and beverage regulations, and knowledge of applicable laws Opening and closing of bar and club requirements Work weekends and holidays when needed Attention to cleanliness, safety, and any Department of Health protocols
