MAJOR DU TIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operes a limited-service bar such as portable bars for prive parties and banquets. Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, receives and records payment time of sale, and maintains inventory of stock. Ensures bar is in a presentable and sanitary condition. Receives instructions concerning the proper operion of the bar either orally or in writing from the manager and is held responsible for the proper operion of the limited-service bar. Performs basic duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washes bar equipment, glassware, utensils, etc. to maintain a constant and clean working area. Ensures all current sanition requirements are followed and maintained. Performs other reled duties as required.
