Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the menu and meet guest preferences Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Assist with bar management duties as needed, including stock replenishment, inventory checks, and organizing supplies Demonstrate extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, brewing processes, and cocktail mixology techniques to educate guests and elevate their experience Support catering or banquet events by serving food and beverages professionally in high-volume settings Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or casual hospitality Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Demonstrated expertise in cocktail creation, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and craft beer experience Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Familiarity with food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Previous experience in bar management or catering is a plus but not required Hospitality industry experience with a focus on spirits, brewing, or beverage service is highly desirable Join our team where your passion for hospitality meets your talent for creating memorable moments!
