Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, and process transactions efficiently Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations Serve food promptly and professionally in both fine dining settings and casual environments like banquet events Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing detailed descriptions to enhance guest satisfaction Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is essential; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS enhances efficiency Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Experience working in fine dining, catering and high-volume bars and restaurants is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols, basic math for billing accuracy, and retail math for sales tracking are important for success in this role Prior experience with serving alcohol responsibly according to legal regulations This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments.
