We're looking for a bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their bar, and makes every guest feel like a regular. What You'll Do Craft and serve beer, wine, and cocktails with speed and consistency Take and run food orders for guests and support the floor during rushes Ring in orders, split checks, process payments, and close out tabs accurately on the POS Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized throughout every shift Handle opening and closing duties, including cash handling and end-of-shift reports Check IDs and serve responsibly in line with Hawaii liquor laws Upsell specials and menu items without being pushy Communicate with kitchen and floor staff to keep tickets moving Build rapport with regulars and create a welcoming atmosphere for new guests What We're Looking For 1+ year of bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine POS experience Comfortable running food and working alongside a kitchen team Fast, accurate, and calm under pressure A true hustler: you see what needs to be done and do it without being asked Reliable, punctual, and a team player Available nights, weekends, and holidays Hawaii liquor server certification (or willing to obtain before start) To Apply Submit your resume through Indeed and tell us in a few sentences why you'd be great behind our bar.
