Duties include garnish and mixology prep, ability to serve both on the menu and off the menu craft cocktails, talk about spirits and tasting notes with customers and service team, and perform closing duties. Must have strong cocktail, spirit and wine knowledge. Works independently and must be able to multi-task, and provide a positive and engaging customer experience. Must be willing to take bar tables and engage with guests from beyond the bar counter. The restaurant is passionate about sustainability and supporting local.
