Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties, while maintaining accurate records of sales. Collaborate with team members to coordinate service during busy hours, special events, or catering functions such as banquets or nightclub nights. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and sales management. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling, retail math, and drink recipes. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Experience with catering events or banquet service is a plus; fine dining experience is advantageous. Knowledge of beverage brewing processes or the food industry is beneficial but not required.
