Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting for guests. Train new bartenders Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction. Manage cash handling and processing transactions efficiently using POS Toast System Assist in supervising daily bar operations, including inventory management, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards. Support team training on drink preparation techniques, POS usage, and customer service excellence. Scheduling, Serve as a laison between FOH and BOH operations Work closely with BOH staff for smooth daily operations Skills Extensive experience TOAST order processing and cash handling. Proven expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development. Strong background in food service environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high-quality service. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including sales, serving, bartending, and bar management seamlessly. Experience with hospitality industry standards including spirits expertise, brewing knowledge, catering experience, and retail math.
